Nanimal Farm is a small producer of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers grown using organic methods and no-dig practices. The property has been designated a Certified Conservation Landscape by the Knox-Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District.
The focus is on maintaining healthy soil for healthy plants, and educating consumers on how accessible home food production can be, using methods which enhance rather than harm the soil, air, water, and wild populations we all depend upon.
Our produce is a palate- and eye-pleasing rainbow of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits which thrive in our Midcoast climate. We also use low-impact season extension techniques to offer some options not traditionally grown in Maine.
Find us Sundays May through October from 11-3 at Pumpkin Vine Family Farm in Somerville, Maine.
Nanimal Farm offers seed to harvest education plus classes on creative uses for your produce. We help home gardeners enjoy growing, and enjoy what they grow.
